State-of-the-art equipment
Our expert CNC machinists and tool and die makers use state-of-the-art equipment to meet or exceed our clients’ high quality standards including the most complex parts. As a result, we can produce close tolerance parts (.001” or better) on parts as large as 40” x 84”. We continue to reinvest in the latest equipment. Consequently our clients receive the lowest cost per part, highest quality and on-time delivery. Our CNC machines have probing and automated tool presetters. Therefore allowing for part pick-ups with great accuracy (+/- .0002). Additionally this allows us to check dimensions mid-cycle without removing the part from the machine. The tool presetter allows for automated tool wear detection while virtually eliminating downtime therefore maximizing production efficiency and reducing the cost per part.
